The Today Programme on Radio 4, Saturday 31st Aug 2013 at 07:33 conducted a discussion on the use and copyright of famous speeches such as Sir Winston Churchill’s “fight them on the beaches”. The whole discussion last about 7 minutes and explains why speeches are covered by copyright and when “fair use” comes into play.
